THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST THINGS TO COME into being in SOUTH AFRICA AND IF A GROUP OF PATHETIC LOSERS were not administering it such as the nondescript SECTOR E DEPARTMENT - everything would have been alright - animal licenses are one thing to murder innocent animals and house pets with a law is another altogether....there needs to be a supreme court challenge against this legislation....
